180° Wide-Angle Hanging Style Rotating CMOS Camera with Night Vision The SecurView™ SV-6914.IR, also called the “TiltCam”, is a very unique hanging style camera. Just like the other commercial hanging cameras, it uses a U-shape bracket to mount up high on the front or rear of the vehicle, but the camera housing is motorized to allow the camera to rotate or “tilt” into the desired viewing angle when the camera is activated and then it will rotate to a closed position when power is switched off to protect the camera lens.

Description
The SecurView™ SV-6914.IR “TiltCam™” is part of our commercial line of cameras. It is a hanging mount style which allows it to be mounted in several different locations. Designed mainly for bigger trucks, buses and motor homes, the camera’s mounting bracket swivels 360° allowing the camera to be mounted right side up or upside down, high up or down low on the vehicle. This also makes it easy to adjust the viewing angle of the camera when installing.
Constructed of durable die-cast metal, the camera housing is able to face harsh elements and is equipped with Infra-Red LEDs for night vision. There is also a built-in microphone so If the camera is attached to a monitor that has audio inputs, you will be able to not only see, but hear everything that is going on behind the vehicle. The camera is also equipped with night vision and parking assist lines which are jumper selectable and can be shut on and off.
The TiltCam™ has three different working positions: Protection, reverse and rearview. For protection view, the camera lens is shielded to prevent damage to the camera lens. Reverse view allows the camera to be angled downward almost 90° to look at the lower bumper of the vehicle to help judge the distance when reversing. Rearview allows the camera to be angled downward and 45° to get a good distance view behind the vehicle.
