Description

The SecurView™ SV-6827 is an embedded style camera that is designed specifically for mounting underneath the side mirrors of a vehicle to give the driver a full length view down the side of the vehicle. The camera lens can be slightly adjusted left, right, up or down for a better viewing angle and all wiring and mounting hardware is set behind the mounting surface so that only the camera can be seen once it is installed on the vehicle. The compact size and curved shape of the camera housing allows the camera to blend in nicely on the vehicle and makes it barely noticeable.

The super wide angle will allow the driver keep an eye on almost anything coming up on the sides of the vehicle. The wide angle will also allow the driver to see over into the other lanes as well to make sure that it is safe to change lanes without causing any danger. The SV-6827 is normal image only so the camera lens can be loosened up and switched to right or left side depending on which side of the vehicle you will be installing it on.

The camera requires a small 7mm hole to be drilled on the mounting surface of the mounting location in order to secure the it down to the vehicle. This drill bit is not included with the camera kit so you will need to consult with your installer about the drill bit that is needed.
