Description

The CA-5010.II is a rear parking sensor system with and LED display. The system comes with (4) ultra-sonic high frequency sensors but can be installed with just (2) if desired. Each sensor comes with shims at different angles so that you can get the best possible angle. The sensors have a 5 foot range which should allow you to pick up most of the area behind you that you are unable to see. The LED display has (4) rows of color bars that got from a cool blue to a stop red as you move closer to an object. The display also has a built-in warning chime that will increase how fast it chimes as you get closer to the object. The CA-5010.II also offers “Intelligent Detection” which allows you to have things like bike racks, tow hitches or spare tire racks to not interfere and cause false alerts. The (4) sensors are waterproof and can be painted to match the vehicle, just be sure that the paint is not metalized and is only in a light coat. Metalized or heavily painted sensors could cause false alerts. The system does come with the hole saw needed to properly install the sensors into your vehicle.
